BYD imported from China — the apps and the language

The system comes in Chinese and without the apps used here. We install Google Maps, Waze, YouTube and Spotify, activate CarPlay and Android Auto, and bring navigation to the instrument cluster.

The factory voice assistant speaks only Chinese — we switch it to a European language. We also run the system updates (OTA), which imported cars often do not get on their own.

We work on Atto 2, Atto 3, Dolphin, Seal, Sealion 7, Han, Tang and Song Plus, from 2022 onwards.

Is my appointment held after I send it?

Yes, the time is immediately shown as “Pending” and nobody else can choose it. Then we message you on WhatsApp to confirm.

Do I need to bring the car?

Yes. The work is done with the car here in Lipjan, by appointment. Pick a date and time on the site and we confirm it on WhatsApp.

Do I pay online?

No. The website does not take online payments. Payment and details are confirmed with you afterward.

What if I cannot find my model?

Message us on WhatsApp with the make, model, year and a photo of the car screen. We will check your exact case.

Are the maps 2026?

Yes, when the service is “Navigation Update”, we target the newest maps available for your system.

Why can the price change?

Some cars have a different software or hardware version, so the final price can change after verification.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. If the coding is lost after a car update, we redo it free within 6 months. Bring the car in and we fix it with no second charge.

Imported BYD from China — what has to change for Europe?

The system arrives in Chinese and without the apps used here. We install Google Maps, Waze, YouTube and Spotify, activate CarPlay and Android Auto, and bring navigation to the instrument cluster. Done for Atto 2, Atto 3, Dolphin, Seal, Sealion 7, Han, Tang and Song Plus, in Lipjan.

Can the language be changed on a BYD whose voice assistant speaks Chinese?

Yes. The factory voice assistant speaks only Chinese and we move it to a European language. This works on every BYD from 2022 onwards, including Song Plus, Seal and Atto 3.

How are Apple CarPlay and Android Auto activated on a BYD?

Through the car's own software, with no extra hardware and no yearly subscription. The phone connects to the centre screen exactly as on a European-spec car. Done in Lipjan, together with the apps if you want everything at once.

Are BYD software (OTA) updates done?

Yes. The manufacturer releases updates periodically and imported cars often never receive them. We install the newest system version and check that everything activated earlier stays in place.

What does a Korea to Europe conversion include on a BMW?

Radio, measurement units, language and navigation move to European spec, so the car behaves like one bought here. Done for the 1 to 8 Series and for X1, X3, X5, X6 and X7.

Can Apple CarPlay be activated on a BMW without a yearly subscription?

Yes. The activation is done in the car's own software and stays permanent — no extra hardware and no yearly fee. Works on NBT, NBT Evo and newer units.

Can Sport Display and traffic sign recognition be unlocked on a BMW?

Yes, on models where the car supports them from the factory but keeps them closed. Which features open depends on the car's equipment, so we check it by VIN before anything is agreed.

Can the sport view of the digital cluster be unlocked on an Audi?

Yes, on models with a digital instrument cluster. Done for A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7 and Q8, depending on the car's equipment.

Can CarPlay be activated on an Audi with MMI 3G, 3G Plus or MIB?

Yes. The exact MMI version changes with the year and model, so we check it by VIN and tell you up front what can be opened on your car.

Is video in motion done on Audi?

Yes. The screen keeps playing video while the car is moving. Done through coding, with no extra hardware.

Can App-Connect and CarPlay be activated on a Golf, Passat, Octavia or Leon?

Yes. CarPlay and Android Auto are unlocked on MIB and Discover Pro units. Done for Volkswagen, SEAT and Škoda — Golf, Passat, Tiguan, Touareg, Leon, Ibiza, Ateca, Octavia, Superb, Kodiaq and others.

Is video in motion done on MIB and Discover Pro units?

Yes, on units that allow it. On newer models we check by VIN before promising anything.

Can the displayed top speed be changed on VW, SEAT and Škoda?

Yes, the sport display can be unlocked where the car supports it. It is a change to what the screen shows, not a change to the engine.

What do you do for Mercedes-Benz?

For now the navigation update: the newest European maps on the car own screen, with no extra hardware. Other services are added once we confirm them for this brand.

How much is it for Mercedes-Benz?

The price depends on the model and software version, so we confirm it by VIN before the work. Message us on WhatsApp with the model, year and a photo of the screen.

What do you do for Porsche?

For now the navigation update: the newest European maps on the car own screen, with no extra hardware. Other services are added once we confirm them for this brand.

Do you work on 911, Cayenne, Macan and Taycan?

Yes — 911, 718, Cayenne, Macan, Panamera and Taycan. Pick your model under Codings or message us with the VIN and we tell you upfront what is possible.

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, car details (make, model, year, sometimes VIN) and an optional note. Nothing more.

Why we use it

Only to handle your appointment and reply to you — confirmation, reminder, or an answer to your quote request.

How we store it

Data is stored securely in our system (Cloudflare) and accessed only by Lipjani Coding, through a password-protected panel.

Who we share it with

No one for advertising. We only use: WhatsApp to send your confirmation/reminder, and email to ourselves. We never sell it or give it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the service and our records. You can ask us to delete it any time.
